Update from our fulfillment center.

Hey guys, 

Just received some good news from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong and it looks like all of the issues have finally been worked through and shipping will begin this next week. See screen shot of the email I just received below. 

We can't thank you all enough for sticking with us and for your patience! Again, our sincerest apologies for the delays on this project, but I assure you, we are doing everything we can to get your towels to you as soon as possible!

Shipping Update

Very sorry for the lack of updates lately, we've been working on getting everything sorted out with our fulfillment center so that parcels can be shipped out. 

When I posted shipping dates in my last update that was assuming that the information regarding size and weight we'd received from the factory was accurate so as to allow labels and shipments to be planned, set up and paid for prior to the towel's arrival at the fulfillment center. However, when the towels arrived it was found that the provided size and weight information was inaccurate meaning everything had to be reworked in order to account for the difference. That is what we're currently sorting out and the cause of this further delay. 

When I spoke to our fulfillment center a few days ago on Thursday they assured me that they are close to having things figured out and some portion of the orders could begin shipping out this coming week. I'll be sure to update more regularly and provide everyone with more exact dates and information as soon as I receive it. 

Thanks again to everyone for your patience! We really are working hard to make this happen.

Shipping will begin August 30th + Production Photos!

Hey everyone! Very sorry for the delay on this update. We really tried to get everything sorted out this past week but ran into a few snags getting all of the color and size quantities finalized. 

The good news is, we finally have a confirmed shipping date. Towels going to all countries outside the US will begin leaving our fulfillment center in Hong Kong on August 30 and all US orders will ship out 3 days later. 

I was also able to finally get some more production photos from our manufacturer and have included those below. 

Lastly, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address please let us know by August 20th! After the 20th we are not able to make any changes. 

Thank you all again for sticking with us! We are very confident that you will love your towels and cannot wait to get them shipped out to all of you.

Hey guys, 

First off, let me just apologize again for all of the delays. We've honestly run into just about every problem imaginable but are very pleased to announce that production is finished, towels are en route to our fulfillment center and we will have the official final ship dates this coming week. 

We can't tell you how much we appreciate your patience throughout this whole process! We've learned some hard lessons along the way and found out just how difficult creating a premium product from scratch can be. We've literally gone through dozens of prototypes to ensure that everything from the mix of fibers in the textile to color is exactly right. We're very proud of the final product we've arrived at and feel confident that you will love your new self-cleaning Kanso towels.

We seriously appreciate every one of you! Thank you so much for your support and patience.

Thank you so much for sticking with us through all the craziness! We have finally finished our towels and they finally meet our color, quality, and feel requirements! The towels will now be shipped to our fulfillment centers to be shipped out to you guys.
